So I went to my local mom and pop dealer yesterday to get a tire swapped... mini rant incoming.

I hate changing tires so much... Well, doing it by hand anyway. My neighbor had this amazing set of Michelin spoons though. There's a tool called the Baja No Pinch... But it might just be suitable for dirt bikes.

Me? No, I'm the guy with a Honda and a Triumph in your garage!

Shops on the Avalon that work on Triumphs?

OK good to hear that. I gave him a call last night, and it turns out he's probably worked on my bike (before I owned it).

Went for a ride today...never ending hi-jack thread

These roads get pretty damn slick in the rain, huh? I was just coming down Portugal Cove road and had to stop at the lights, and got some fishtail action! I think I was using too much back brake... Did some heavy braking practice the rest of the way, but definitely something I need to work on.

What did you do to your bike today?

Man, and I struggle to find the time to clean and lube my chain! Nice work - I liked seeing the inside of such a different kind of engine and drive. So convenient to access things from the side like that.

Went for a ride today...never ending hi-jack thread

Took advantage of the nice weather today and ride out to Cape Spear with the wife. Pretty windy out there so we got to see some big waves.

What did you do to your bike today?

Would love to have one of those lifts. Worked on my buddy's bike at Moto49 in Winnipeg and they've got two of these hooked up to an air compressor. Way easier and more comfortable to work on a bike on a platform, instead of on your hands and knees. Actually, even a foot high platform would...

    Winter storage for two bikes

Hi all - Anyone have (or know of) any good motorcycle storage for this winter? I have two bikes but no garage, and trying to get an idea of costs. Ideally somewhere near the airport, a way to plug in trickle chargers... Also, when does the rising season typically end/begin? I'm new to St...
