It came from Cold Lake, Alberta. It’s British exMOD and came from the military base. Had it shipped to Montreal then drove it back. It had a top speed of about 80kph.
the weekend after snowmageddon I finally decided to get the tractor. Just too tired of being out in the cold wet weather moving snow. I’m going to pick up the back hoe part later this summer.
I was up that way last week and a lot of construction happening in the area as well. Lots of widening of the road in the park.
Just speaking to someone out that way and there was a fatality. Wasn't sure what happened yet but it was not good.
Goose to Lab City is done, I also heard that a good portion from Goose to Red Bay is also done. Lab City to Baie Comeau is also being worked on but not sure how much. That came from my brother who lives in Lab City.
I agree with a bunch here on the lack of old members posting. I used to be a major contributor for video, photos, mechanical and much more. Met a lot of people over the years and back in 2011 I got totally burned out from bikes in general. Something that bothered me was other members getting too...

Remove from pond, drain-replace oil, drain carb, fresh gas and vrooooooom again.
They are one of the most reliable, easiest to ride best little bikes around.
Xr650r and XR650L are two totally different beasts. None of the parts are interchangeable. By far the R is the only way to fly as it was purposely built for racing. If you find a plated one buy it.
