Does anyone know a way around the problems with BMW Parts ordering? It's been down for a couple weeks, apparently across Canada (at least), and there's no way to order a part; or even determine if it is available in Canada, back ordered, or unavailable. If it were not for having a machinist making a new wheel spacer, I'd be broken down with no idea when a new part would be coming. This is getting to feel much like waiting three months for an engine.
You're probably wondering, "but you had one made?" Yeah, it doesn't fit tightly against the rear wheel seal, and you never know when that may be especially important...
I tried e-mailing MAX BMW but they never responded.
This crap is really turning me off a second BMW.
