Okay, is it just me or is the City of St. John's gone a little overboard with crack sealing? There are some sections of road that looks like they dumped a bucket of tar on the road. And we all know this gets a little slick on warmer days like yesterday. When you see these snakes, for the most part you can avoid them. But now, there are parts of the road and even in turns that there are way too many cracks sealed and unavoidable. No question this is going to cause a motorcycle accident. How is the city allowed to dump buckets of slippery tar on the road. Lawsuits?
